Water delivery tracking is not working properly on the portal.

To use your account, you must create your username and password. In the customer portal, click on "Apply For An Account." Fill in all required information including your email address. The MVIC office will be notified of your request.
A phone call WILL NOT be made to you upon approval of your account. When you receive your email confirmation of your account request, your our account is activated and ready for use.
